Worst buying experience ever, the salesman I was originally working with was with different customer, dumped on another salesman who was rude and did not understand numbers i was trying to discuss f originally working with was with different customer, dumped on another salesman who was rude and did not understand numbers i was trying to discuss for her. If i had not already agreed to give my car to someone else that night would have walked away. Prices listed on their website are not the actual sales price, they add 2495 protection package you can not refuse. Had to go back to re-sign loan documents and finance manager spoke down to me and said I could have refused the protection package after Autumn said I could not. More

I know I’m not the first person to write a review like this about Montrose Nissan, and unfortunately, I probably won’t be the last. I’m sharing my experience so others don’t end up in the same situation — this about Montrose Nissan, and unfortunately, I probably won’t be the last. I’m sharing my experience so others don’t end up in the same situation — please don’t play the fool like I did. Be extremely careful when you step into their finance office. Ask questions. Ask again. And read every single line before signing anything. If you don’t, you may end up with add-ons and extras you never wanted, never needed, and never would have knowingly approved. They slipped extended warranties and packages into my contract — items I didn’t ask for and that were never explained. Adding extended warranties without consent is illegal, yet they’re quick to insist they “went over everything with you.” That simply didn’t happen. I had never even heard of the so-called “appearance protection package” until I had to google it myself after the fact. Somehow, they claimed it was reviewed with me. It’s a frustrating and disappointing experience, and it’s one that could easily be avoided with honest, transparent business practices. Instead, customers are left untangling charges they didn’t authorize while the dealership pretends it was all clearly explained. So please, save yourself the hassle, stress, and regret. Double-check every charge, question every add-on, and don’t be afraid to walk away. There are honest dealerships out there — but based on my experience, Montrose Nissan is not one of them. More
