Sold a Defective New Vehicle and No Real Ownership from Toyota or Dealer I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with Toyota and this dealership has been so disappointing that I feel obligated Toyota or Dealer I normally don’t write reviews, but my experience with Toyota and this dealership has been so disappointing that I feel obligated to warn others. I purchased a brand-new Toyota Corolla Cross, paid upfront in full, expecting the reliability and peace of mind that Toyota is supposed to stand for. Instead, I ended up with what is very clearly a defective unit. From the beginning, I experienced issues with the fuel system/fuel gauge not updating correctly. I brought the car in for service, expecting a proper diagnosis and permanent fix. Instead, I’ve had: Multiple visits to the dealership for the same issue Different explanations each time “Fixes” that clearly did not resolve the root problem At one point, I was told it was the fuel sensor, and that they would pull a part from a newer car to fix it. That didn’t solve the problem. Now I’m being told that the entire gas tank needs to be replaced on a car with less than 1,000 miles on it. That alone should tell you something about the quality of the vehicle I was sold. To make matters worse, instead of taking full responsibility and standing behind their product, I was offered a “replacement” vehicle only if I paid extra for a newer model. Let me be very clear: I paid for a brand-new, reliable car, not a project vehicle that lives at the service department. I should not be asked to spend more money to escape a problem that Toyota and the dealership created by selling me a defective unit in the first place. The most frustrating part of this experience has not just been the defect itself, but the lack of ownership from Toyota and the dealership. There has been no proactive solution, no real accountability, and no sense that they value my time, my safety, or the trust I placed in the brand. Instead of stepping up and saying, “We sold you a bad car, we’ll make it right,” I feel like I’m being pushed into accepting a car that has had major work done on it before it’s even truly been driven — or paying extra to get out of the mess they created. At this point: I have lost confidence in this vehicle. I have lost trust in how this dealership and Toyota as a brand handle serious issues. I am asking for what I believe is reasonable: a replacement vehicle of the same trim, at no additional cost. If you are considering buying from this location or trusting Toyota blindly because of its reputation, please learn from my experience. A great brand is not just about the product — it’s about how they behave when something goes wrong. In my case, the lack of accountability has been extremely disappointing. I will continue to document and share this experience publicly until Toyota and this dealership stand behind their brand and do the right thing. More

Did the work as promised. Due to a miscommunication with the shop Forman, it took 3 and a half hour to just to do an oil change and tire rotation. Zach made sure I got compens Due to a miscommunication with the shop Forman, it took 3 and a half hour to just to do an oil change and tire rotation. Zach made sure I got compensated for the extra wait time, which was appreciated. The mechanics left their dirty, oily finger prints all over my black truck which Zach took care off as well by wiping down the truck. My service guy was good but the shop and their crew need a lot of improvement. More
