On our way out there, he called to let us know it had sold but he had other comparables if we're interested. We thought, what the heck? Off to look we went! We were graciously greeted by a team member who went to get Zach. The entire time, he asked reasonable questions and was very well informed about what we were looking at. There was never any pressure and he let us make the moves. There was actually only one truck that hit our wants. We went inside and he showed us kbb versus their numbers on both their vehicle and our trade in. It was all comparable. We worked with several different people there and were treated wonderfully by each. They also were incredibly kind and patient with our six year old. The precious young lady at the front desk was AWESOME with him! We are incredibly grateful for a non-pressured experience. We were allowed to take our time deciding and each question answered. Zach G and the team were amazing! We are super thankful for an easy experience that didn't take all day long! More

He took the time to explain all the car features and was very attentive and knowledgeable to any questions I had. Finance was quick and easy. Looking for the best price, I expanded to Florida area since I had reservations for fall break there in October. Bozard had a 1-owner, clean carfax vehicle of my choice. The website provided excellent photos from every possible angle. I worked with Zach via phone who was so polite to provide answers to every question I asked. Since I was unfamiliar with the dealership (I live in KY), he referred me to the ratings and guaranteed a pleasant and safe buying experience even though I had never visited the dealership in person. When transportation proved to be an issue due to travel time, he offered to have the vehicle delivered to the beachfront condo where we were spending the week. Great deal on used vehicle and customer service to boot!! Excellent communication during purchase process and on delivery day. All paperwork clearly marked with highlighter where my signature was needed thanks for Rick in finance. Thank you Zach and Bozard Ford for an awesome ride back to the Bluegrass State!! More

Love my ride. I had talked with Zach several times and told him what I was looking for. He called and I came over and drove a used Navigator and would have purchas I had talked with Zach several times and told him what I was looking for. He called and I came over and drove a used Navigator and would have purchased it had it not been one of the longer models. We're bottom line, pretty straight forward and really don't like being pressured. I can find a vehicle anywhere we look, according to my husband - so we knew there were plenty of options out there. We worked with Zach and he was wonderful. Easy to talk to, he listened, didn't even remotely push us. I'm pretty sure that if Zach had been like others we had been approached by elsewhere - that we would've left not having purchased yesterday. But we actually wanted to make it work so he could close his day with a sale. We feel like we got a very fair price on a like new vehicle that will work for us for many years. I will without doubt refer anyone I know that's looking, to Zach. And when my husband looks to buy a truck in the next few months, Zach's who we're calling. Oh and in fairness, Rick handled our financing and he did a great job for us, too! More
