Zach is a native Cincinnatian originally from Anderson Township. He's been with Mercedes Benz since 1989, is Master certified and has ranked in the top 50 in sales nationally. Zach and his wife have 3 grown sons and are now enjoying their 3 grandchildren. Zach also enjoys the Reds, Bengals and all local sports when he's not Motorcycling on cross country trips throughout the United States.

The overall experience was excellent. We negotiated fair trade-in and purchase prices and they delivered the car as promised. Both Zach Glutz and Charlene Salyers have exceeded our expectations for customer service in dealing with automotive dealers. Charlene always gives the impression that your problem or service issue is the expectations for customer service in dealing with automotive dealers. Most recent experience was September 6 when my wife's E350 would not start and Charlene expedited the bureaucratic process of my phoning in the problem to a number in New Jersey. I went to the dealership to report the problem and Charlene hooked me up with the service man who immediately drove me to the disabled car to start it. More

I enjoy working with Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. This is the second Benz I have purchased from Zach and have had nothing but great service experiences with Bob. I actually live closer to the West Cheste is the second Benz I have purchased from Zach and have had nothing but great service experiences with Bob. I actually live closer to the West Chester dealership, but prefer the attention, accessibility, scheduling, service, and pricing I get at Cincinnati. The sales experience was quick, effortless, and pleasant. I am in love with my new chocolate all wheel drive 300 sedan and I love the people that keep me going. More

I love dealing with MB of Cinn. There is never any pressure during the sales process. My wife is pretty hard to deal with when buying a new car and Zach was great and was very patient working with her pressure during the sales process. After a long day flying from San Francisco to Cincinnati with connections, I raced up to the Mercedes dealership. I arrived with my family 1/2 hour before closing time on a Friday and fortunately met Zach G with connections, I raced up to the Mercedes dealership. I arrived with my family 1/2 hour before closing time on a Friday and fortunately met Zach Glutz as things were going to get a bit challenging before the day was over. Regardless of the time, Zach was patient in showing us the E-350 we were interested in and took us on a test drive. When we were about to leave the dealership the battery in my 09 Saab decided to find an inopportune time to go dead - no prior warning. Well, by this time the dealerhip and all employees had left, except Zach. Zach tried to locate a battery jump devise or cables to no avail. I was about to call a cab to take me to an auto parts store to buy a battery and some tools when Zach offered to take me there. Keep in mind that Zach had a dog at home that needed to be let out.....and he was starting his vacation. We arrived back at my disabled vehicle an hour after the dealership had closed and Zach even gave me a pair of gloves to install the battery with as I was still in work cloths. I purchesed my first Mercedes-Benz in 1996 when the E-320 was introduced. I've had superb service through the 16 years of ownership. Charlene has answered my needs well. After 16 years my husband persuaded me, rather unwillingly, to look at the new E-350. Zack Glutz was recommended by a mutual friend who is VERY particular. Our friend has bought four cars through the years from Zack. In our case Zack has met all our expectaions. And the car has too. Zack spent a lot of time explaining the different features and even stopped by our home to make sure the garage opener was working properly. Now that's service. Zack is personable, available and knowledgeable. I am glad to have him as my mentor for this mechanical marvel.
