I have been a loyal Infiniti customer for years. I have seen Fort Myers Infiniti through several changes. When I visit service I always look up Dana because she has always followed up with me each time I’m seen Fort Myers Infiniti through several changes. When I visit service I always look up Dana because she has always followed up with me each time I’m in for service even if it’s just for an oil change to be sure everything went OK and remind me of my survey. I have always felt like it was more than a survey score to her, she actually cares about my visits. If I have had a problem in the past with a service visit she takes care of me quickly and efficiently. The last time I was in I was telling her that my college age son had his eye on one of the used cars, she then told me I needed to grab it because the new management was blowing cars out the door as fast as they were coming in. I was able to obtain a great used car for my son. If she had not said that I may have waited and missed the car he had his heart set on. Great customer service always. SG More
