We took our 2010 Prius to Brookfield Toyota due to an issue with the Hybrid System. Everyone at the dealership was great and from the Service side Zach Reed helped us through everything. Had my 2026 Highlander in for a screw stuck in the left rear tire. It was too close to the side wall to repair. Had to replace the tire. I wasn't sure about the warranty coverage I had. Zach had the new tire put on while I waited a short time in the lounge. They also did a inspection of my vehicle to make sure there where no other issues.
