After a poor experience dealing with the representative who sold me my RAV 4 XLE Premium, I was delighted to be matched with Kou Vang. Kou took a great deal of time explaining how the various features of m who sold me my RAV 4 XLE Premium, I was delighted to be matched with Kou Vang. Kou took a great deal of time explaining how the various features of my new car worked & how to access them. He was extremely patient, kind, & understanding that I would have questions. This is the first vehicle I have ever driven that does not start with a key . ( I have driven many different makes & models over the past 57 years.) Kou was very reassuring and never made me feel ill at ease for making sure I understood exactly how things work in this vehicle. I have already told many people what a great person Kou is to deal with. I will highly recommend him to anyone. Kou Vang is truly an asset to the Inver Grove Heights Dealership.
