This is the first vehicle I have ever driven that does not start with a key . ( I have driven many different makes & models over the past 57 years.) Kou was very reassuring and never made me feel ill at ease for making sure I understood exactly how things work in this vehicle. I have already told many people what a great person Kou is to deal with. I will highly recommend him to anyone. Kou Vang is truly an asset to the Inver Grove Heights Dealership.
