Went in looking for new Atlas Cross/Sport the salesman Zach was great working with him, then decided to lease and there is where the problems started. Doug was first I encountered. Kept calling about paperwork and license kept being told COVID was the issue. Multiple calls no results. Contacted Aron Paton explained situation made appointment with Adela for next day, had to wait until she finished making personal plans on phone. Then I find out paperwork was wrong and missing service paperwork had to resign everything, was told the 2 checks I wrote would cover August and September payments. WRONG according to VW Credit, now being charged for late payment. Attempted contact Adela by phone number she gave me voice mail full. Next I get a call from Beau I again explain situation to him said he would find out and take care of it. Still have heard nothing from him. I finally just made 2 payments to keep from having it go against my credit rating. Will never use them again and if I could I would leave the car on their lot and walk away. More
