I was very disappointed with how the service level was neglected after I agreed to purchase the vehicle. It was hard to get a response from the sales team and the lack of attention and communication was v neglected after I agreed to purchase the vehicle. It was hard to get a response from the sales team and the lack of attention and communication was very frustrating. Also my car showed up with a quarter tank of gas and the interior was filthy. They told me the truck was in great shape with no scratches, but when it arrived it had a very large scratch. Overall it was a disappointing and very frustrating car buying experience. More

Purchased Ford F150 Platinum from Zach. Immediately responsive and handled entire transaction by phone, email and text. I flew into Wisconsin and drove back to Virginia.
