Or I would just sit in it and play with all the gadgets. You have been very professional and helpful from the beginning! You answered our questions, took pictures and worked with us to come up with a deal that we were all comfortable with. My husband said that the whole process of flying in, to buying the car was seamless. Jerry was there to pick him up from the airport and provided great transportation and conversation. He told my husband about his time working at the dealership. He has great memories and spoke very highly of the company. Both my husband and I would be very comfortable recommending your dealership! Poor customer service We bought our truck on July 25th 2019, but we did not take possession that day because our. salesman, Zach, told us that he would have the truck buffe We bought our truck on July 25th 2019, but we did not take possession that day because our. salesman, Zach, told us that he would have the truck buffed and detailed on the outside and would clean the inside and deliver the truck on the 29th. Truck was delivered with a very poorly done buff job, not even washed and the interior was not cleaned. Ive bought a lot of vehicles in my time and this is the only time the vehicle was not cleaned and detailed before I took possession .Very unsatisfied More

The trade in quote was easy and a fair price, the test drive was on my own so I could take my time and really go through the truck. I had a 4 hour drive to get to Lenz and it was well worth it. Zach was on it from the get go , great communication, even on his day off he worked to make sure this truck was ready for me to look at, followed through with everything he said he would do, and I really like the friendly no pressure approach. Purchased the truck and within a half an hour was back on the road, as he knew I was on a time schedule. I am very happy with the truck, and my experience here ! More

The vehicle I test drove (ultimately purchased) was very clean. I was in an out of the dealership within two hours. I purchased on a Saturday, on Monday I had a cracked windshield. I contacted Lenz and they had a new windshield put on in less then a week, really above and beyond service. I won't think twice about returning for my next vehicle. More

Lose enough attention and paid way too much for service contract. Glad to have bumper to bumper coverage for life of loan but think price was based on cap we were approved for and sold based on payment and lose sight of what you are being charged.
