I had an eye of the truck that I wanted both times, so when I arrived, I was able to test drive the truck, come to an agreement and complete financing within less than two hours each time. If nothing else provides you with a sense of my trust in Lenz, take into account that in 2011 I drove from Denver, Colorado to make my first purchase from Lenz. Although a shorter trip, I didn't think twice about driving from Madison to make my second purchase in 2016. I'll be back when I'm looking to "upgrade" my truck in a few years. More

He was knowledgeable and professional discussing all the options on the vehicle. He had the car already pulled in front of the building and ready for us to test drive. There was no pressure, fair pricing, and good trade-in value. From arriving to driving away with the vehicle only took 70 minutes, which included buffed out a paint mark I noticed, car washed, and ArmorAll the inside. Poor Customer Service I bought a vehicle from Lenz Auto because they do have good quality vehicles. That being said, the customer service was terrible and I will never work I bought a vehicle from Lenz Auto because they do have good quality vehicles. That being said, the customer service was terrible and I will never work with this dealership again. The attitude was condescending and they are not flexible at all. The salesman spoke to me like he was doing me a huge favor by selling me the vehicle and did not seem grateful for my business at all. All around staff was very rude. Like I said, the vehicles are good quality but I would recommend looking around at other dealerships first if you don't want to be treated like xxxx. More
