This was my first time purchasing a truck from Lenz Truck. My experience was excellent. I called the day prior to set up a test drive on a specific truck I wanted to look at. I only say this because at some dealerships they will tell you the vehicle you’re interested in is there and when you show up they say it sold before you got there. I was working with Zach on my purchase. He was friendly, professional and respectful. Negotiations are a breeze. They were respectful of my connection to my truck I was trading in and gave me fair market value on my trade in. The entire staff made a concerted effort to get me in and out as fast as possible, not making the purchase an all day event. This was a first for me. Before I left the facility, I made sure to mention to Zach that this was the best car buying experience I have ever had and it truly was.
