But from the test drive of the HR-V, through the In-Transit process, and the final purchasing/ trade in process it was the total opposite thanks to Zach! Zach was very transparent and clear about the HR-V and its in-transit process from the beginning. I never felt pressured to buy the car. He was very laid back and easy going which was so refreshing! Once my car arrived I was able to do paperwork before even coming to Superior. The day of purchasing was so smooth and stressless. I was given a very fair price for my trade in. Ashley in the Finance Office genuinely offered me add ons that would fit my car and my driving. But I never felt obligated or pressured to purchase them. The price was always clear and double checked every step of the way. As a first time car buyer that was a relief. I want to say thank you to Zach and Ashley for all your help and kindness! As well as to everyone at Superior who had a hand in getting and receiving my new HR-V, I will recommend Superior to all I know! More
