We do see that you've inquired online multiple times since November of 2021 and we've worked numerous deals with you on vehicles since then. That said, there was a human error made when we sent you the numbers for the deal you're referencing as the programs were pulling from January, not April. We did apologize to you in person for this mistake. There was no bait and switch tactic at play, just a simple error on our end. Again, we sincerely apologize.
