fuel filter change on 3500 deisel i travel all over the united states and i have never paid much over 300.00 for a fuel filter service. i have had this done in several different states i travel all over the united states and i have never paid much over 300.00 for a fuel filter service. i have had this done in several different states and this was over 400.00 to have this done. its even cheaper in LA cali. good luck A honest man More

The staff is helpful, no high pressure sales tactics, but they are there to assist you with finding the vehicle you want. Clayton Mark has assisted me with Jeep purchases, and one of the most knowledgeable saleman about options and how to use all the technology on the vehicles. This is the second new jeep I have bought from them in the last two years, Clayton Mark assisted me with both of them, and they are awesome vehicles. Besides the sales experience, they are always helpful if I have questions about the vehicle, and the service department has been great also. More

Terrible Service Experience Warranties for Charger SRTs states that the warranty is voided is you tamper with, or disconnect the odometer. It also states that damage is not covered if caused by an aftermarket part. All of that is reasonable, but what they failed to do is actually prove that my after market headers caused any damage. All that they would do is point out I have them, like I already didn't know, and push me along. They never tried to troubleshoot, and always just gave excuses as to why they wouldn't be able to find the problem. I decided to go through Chrysler corporation since they weren't doing their job. Wehnn they decided to void my warranty. Why? Their response "because of your after market headers and your check engine light" . Well you know what wasn't done? Anything to actually prove that, it was all speculation. No test were ever done, they don't even know what the problem is with my car. So how can they know the headers caused it? They don't. Yet they voided the warranty, which is in direct violation with the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, a federal law. I would understand if they actually proved anything, but like I said. They don't even know what is wrong with my car, so how can they say it's the parts fault? Ridiculous. In all honesty, the service techs were always really nice and helpful, and did what they could. It's just the fact that I was bringing my car here for 5000 miles, the mechanics never once found, rather, they never attempted to actually find what was wrong. They made assumptions, broke the law,and voided my warranty. They have the burden of proof, not I. More

I have bought (3) Jeep Grand Cherokee's from this dealer. In my opinion the ONLY true 5 star dealer for Jeep products and service in the Kansas City area. The Service Dept. truly opens their doors an dealer. In my opinion the ONLY true 5 star dealer for Jeep products and service in the Kansas City area. The Service Dept. truly opens their doors and rolls out the red carpet. I have always been pleased with their quality of service. Today is no exception. I had my Jeep in today (10/04/13) for a routine oil change and recall service to my 2007 Jeep Gr Cherokee LTD. It was completed within 1 1/2 hours in addition to a vehicle checkup. During the vehicle checkup they noticed a nail in the right rear tire. They repaired the tire for me at no charge. Keep up the First Class Service guys!! More

I came in for a bulb that was out & got my oil changed. Zach was very helpful. Terry, who sold us our car, came out to check on me and make sure everything was okay. I had called in a month in advanced to have the Jeep that I bought from them serviced - for the routine check and this squeaking sound that my car makes everytime I press on the brakes. The day came and I I bought from them serviced - for the routine check and this squeaking sound that my car makes everytime I press on the brakes. The day came and I again told the employee that about the purpose of my visit. I got the car and less than a minute of driving heard the squeak again. I returned back and told him about it. He told me that I just needed to hit on the breaks more agressively. So I told him that one of the reasons why I brought in the car was because of this. He then told me that they have cleaned the dust on the breaks and that it was fine. How could it be fine when there is still the squeaking noise? I then told him for them to take a second look. He told me that I had to set up another appointment. I had to take that day off from work just to have my car serviced. I had to call back to cancel my appointment as I am extremely busy. I still have my car serviced there because I do not have a choice. I wanted it to be serviced by Jeep. On another instance, when I bought the car, they told me that they will call me after a few weeks to get my registration. They never called me back. When I came - after waiting for almost a month, they told me that they called up my cellphone and left a message -> I have my phonebill to prove it. This never calling back when promised happened in another instance. I had my car serviced and they told me that they will call me once its done. I went to the starbucks beside the dealership. Waited and waited until I just decided to call them up. They told me they called up but again, never did. On both occasions, I verified that my number was correct. The only reason why I vivit this place was because of the Jeep brand. On another note, on my most recent visit (Nov 16, 2011), I can sense a change. The person that welcomed me ( I think he's name was Zachary) was extremely nice and professional, the cashier was polite too. They did not have to call me back to tell me that my car was fixed as the guy just personally told it to me. Hope this one's not a fluke. More

Visited Dealer for oil change. TIME WAITING WAS VERY MINIMAL. I am always treated with great respect and friendliness by all employees and made aware of any concerns for future vehicle needs. Becaus MINIMAL. I am always treated with great respect and friendliness by all employees and made aware of any concerns for future vehicle needs. Because of circumstances, I visited another dealer for oil change the last time. With this one exception, I have always returned to Overland Park Jeep Dodge for all service and work and I plan to continue this practice. I am very satisfied with the Dealership and commend them on the quality and character of their employees. They are the best !!! More
