I tried to make a service appointment for 2 months - no one ever responded and I was told that the messages on their website don't actually make it to the dealership/service department itself. Finally got one ever responded and I was told that the messages on their website don't actually make it to the dealership/service department itself. Finally got service and was asking about some of the recommendations - the service provider told me to just "read through the print out" and could not have been more patronizing. I needed to get picked up and waited 30 minutes outside for a ride. Their price for 3 new tires (and 4th for $1) was still more expensive than buying 4 new tires elsewhere. They don't care about you or your car and stretch service appts as long as possible to make more money. I tried to get in touch with my service provider for hours with questions and they never responded. I waited for awhile inside the dealership and there was a huge fight with men screaming at each other so I decided to leave since it seemed like it was escalating and it was making me uncomfortable. What a fantastic experience buying our Grand Highlander from Corbin Toyota and specifically Brock F. Brock was extremely helpful- very knowledgeable. He was polite, friendly and engaging. Easily the worst car buying experience I've ever had. They damaged our vehicle between payment and delivery and only agreed to repair it on their dime when I caught them in a lie about it. On my initial service visit to diagnose the problem, they quoted me a 10-15 minute fix and then took three hours before saying it was worse than they thought. And when I brought it back for the repair and to get an arranged loaner vehicle, absolutely NO ONE knew what was going on and weren't interested in communicating across departments to get it solved. I had to engage other employees myself to get anything done and it still took two more hours (when a loaner pickup should be fairly quick). And the kicker after that was that they put a license plate that they themselves had reported as stolen a week prior on the loaner they gave me, so I had the pleasure of being pulled over by police while I had it. They are an inept group at best and could easily be called a "typical" car dealership in how they're just after your money an wholly uninterested in real customer service. Avoid at all costs! More

They were all very professional and treated my wife and me with kid gloves. I bought a used vehicle from them that they took in on trade. When we went to tets drive it there was an issue with the battery. They tested the charging system, checked for a possible short in the electrical system, and the capacity of the battery. They determined the battery was the issue and replaced it with a GM factory spec battery. I am a Quality Engineer with a background in conducting ISO audits and have an extensive background in automotive related issues. The fact that they impressed me says a lot. More
