Wonderful buying experience, especially given the difficulty getting the exact car you want these days. Townson was very helpful and responsive via email, text and phone calls during the entire multi difficulty getting the exact car you want these days. Terrible folks and terrible dealer. Bought a 2020 RAV4 - got scammed into warranty and switched off Toyota financing - wont' forgive or forget. Service department is very disorganized.
