As being a customer for years with Bill Ray Nissan, I didn’t appreciate how I was treated when I arrived to pickup my 2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum. When asked the young for my keys even told her what the didn’t appreciate how I was treated when I arrived to pickup my 2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum. When asked the young for my keys even told her what they looked like she refused to hand them over to me. I explained why I needed them. It was simply to locked my car doors while it was cooling off. I ask Nissan never put me in that basket of others I’m not that lady. I felt racial discriminated because of someone else behavior. I reassured the young lady that will never happy to me again. I respect everyone, and I expect the same. She did apologize as well as I did so. So now, moving forward we won’t have this problem anymore. I thank you for time and service. Top notch service every time. The communication is excellent and the work product is always perfect. We have all of our cars from Bill Ray Nissan and do all of our work there! Richard Morris personally oversees the drop off and pickup. I get a walk through of what was done and they make sure I am satisfied with the results.
