     Norton. We are friends of the owners. I had a terrible experience with my salesperson - I had to email the director of sales and I am waiting on a response back. The sell sheet that was given to us is not the car we purchased and we just found this out when we went to get the vehicle registered and it wasn’t insured because the VIN number we were given was different than what is on the actual car. I am honestly appalled at the lack of customer service from my salesman after the potential for commission was gone. I haven’t gotten a response in over a month from him. Shocking.

Waited OVER AN HOUR for a manager and still do not have the needed paperwork to register my car. Really? This is the care you give to customers who have purchased their last two vehicles through you guys.

Everyone was amicable, adaptive, and supportive throughout the entire process, even accounting for my changing requirements during the waiting period and the unexpected complications that arose during the financing process. Long after completing the sale of the new vehicle, they continue to support me by answering my questions regarding the vehicle, financing, and other subjects.
