The process started fine, but then deteriorated. I was told that the two stains on my front passenger seat would be taken care of, but they have not. I had to call to find out the status of my license plate, when I was told that I would be called. No response to my inquiries about the permanent plates. Called the day before the temporary expired, which was a Saturday, and they happened to be there. Overall experience, I hate to say, hasn’t ended on a great note. More

Tried to make an appointment for a test drive and Justin told me he wasn’t available till Friday at 11:30. I got a text from him on Friday morning telling me that that the car I wanted to test drive was so told me he wasn’t available till Friday at 11:30.
