This was My 3rd trip to City For. My first 2 experiences were very disappointing. However, I gave City Ford a Third choice. This was the experience every patron should have. I had contacted ZACH and had discussed My situation as far as wanting a new vehicle. I told Zach I'll be there in 15 minutes. He told Me which building to meet Him at..there I was to ask for ZACH. With His colgate smile and joyful demeanor...as I shook His hand, this time I knew would be different. Way different. He Is a kind and competent Gentleman. I will not refer to Him as a salesman, as I already knew the Beautiful Vehicle I wanted before I walked into the dealership. I had come prepared with all the documents ZACH requested, making it a seamless opportunity for both Myself and ZACH. He listened to a bit of My personal history and given that knowledge He made A Success Effort to make Me feel comfortable. Zach totally turned my experience at City Auto Mall around. He was extremely knowledgeable about each vehicle we looked at and paid attention to what the customers wants and needs are.
