I visited because I was receiving inquiries about purchasing my vehicle that I purchased from Paramount Hyundai three years ago. I was unsure if I was going to sell or trade my vehicle or purchase a purchasing my vehicle that I purchased from Paramount Hyundai three years ago. I was unsure if I was going to sell or trade my vehicle or purchase a different vehicle. Mark Robinson from Paramount Hyundai was patient with me as I had a particular look of a vehicle in mind. We test drove a Kona and visited several other storage lots to look at vehicles. I didn't see anything I wanted in the Hyundai inventory, so Mark and I drove around the Volvo/KIA/VW/Porche lot of the Paramount Auto Group, and I found a VW Taos I liked. I test drove this vehicle and decided to purchase it. We completed the transaction in the Volvo sales office rather than having to travel back to Hyundai across the street. Mark returned the Kona we were driving to Hyundai, filled the Taos with gas, and made sure it was ready for me to take home. Zachary Pletcher with Volvo/VW/Porche assisted Mark because he was in someone else's office and selling a vehicle with which he wasn't familiar. I was driving my new car home within three hours of when I first arrived, and much of that time was spent test driving two different vehicles and looking at many more while I was trying to make up my mind. Both gentlemen were friendly and professional and were not overbearing or pushy. I don't remember the gentleman who reviewed the final paperwork with me, but he was friendly and professional as well. Overall, it was a great experience. This is my second purchase from Paramount Auto Group. I would purchase from them again and would recommend them to anyone wishing to purchase a vehicle. More

I had a great experience with all the staff at Hickory Porsche. They were knowledgeable, very friendly, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this dealership. The experience with the dealership sales /finance persons was terrific. The process was easy and spelled out. It only took a couple of hours to complete the transaction once I arrived in town. The only downside was that the CPO review (Service Department) was not complete and within two hours I experienced some trouble with the vehicle that should have been addressed before I took delivery. I am a German car enthusiast and repeat buyer — on my second Porsche. My experience at Paramount was far superior to my last one at Flow Porsche in Asheville. There was a little mix up finalizing the purchase (agreed amount had already been wired then I was told by finance guy I owed another ~$3,000 at signing), but that got ironed out.
