Zach waisted no time coming to see if he could help me. His approach was very kind, down to earth & courteous. He was more concerned about what would make me happy than making a sale. I felt like a person not a $ he had a lot of knowledge to the vehicles I was asking about, and seem to know what I would like better. He was very eager to let me drive which ever vehicle I wanted, and promptly got the keys to all of them. It only took me two vehicles to drive to understand completely what I wanted. When I went home that night, I said to myself that guy deserves a sale. Once I bought the car, he went through everything with me and though I can’t remember everything he showed me he assured me that if I had any questions I could always give him a call. If I buy another car from Nissan, I hope he is still there so I can help him make another sale. More
