After shopping around we found a car that would be available in the time we needed at the price point we wanted. Most of the communication happened over text (even the slight haggling) which was very convenient for me as I work 6 days a week. AJ also didn't try to steer me to another car or trim package, he respected that I knew what I wanted and was willing to negotiate within reason of the current market. More

I went into the finance part with $630/month expected payment but walked out with a $681/month payment. Also, I had to go through another bank because TFS would not give us the best rate even though I h payment but walked out with a $681/month payment. Also, I had to go through another bank because TFS would not give us the best rate even though I have been buying and financing Toyotas for 20+ years. While I got the vehicle my wife wanted, I did not get the deal I expected. I am having some serious doubts about going back to Jim Norton for our next vehicle. More
