Negotiated a deal at the Aunt Penny used car lot via phone which was odd. Was given the wrong price at the dealership a $1000 over advertized. Fixed that to find out they were tossing in $1500-$2000 wor phone which was odd. Was given the wrong price at the dealership a $1000 over advertized. Fixed that to find out they were tossing in $1500-$2000 worth of add ons in the way of Lo Jack and a paint coating on a 10 year old car that was not in the advertised price which they assumed I'd absorb. Finally I knew what payment could get me where I wanted to be so I threw that out and came to terms. After my ride left as I traveled to the Mazda location to finalize. 45 minutes later I'm told oops we gad a misunderstanding they added $15/month and 6 months to the terms. While deciding if I should just leave they came back and said they fixed it and found a better rate to make the deal work. Later I find 10 plus hard hits to my credit to get me down near 2% to make thier number fly at my payment. It was a terrible experience and to be honest I cringe when I see a Kenny Ross ad. I'm also glad to share my experience with friends and family. More
