I met with Zach Persons to take a look at the new VW ID 4. I have bought and sold many cars in my life and for the most part I always figure out all of the new options/features for each one on my own. I 4. I chose this dealership because it was still “Mom & Pop” and I thought it would be more personal and I was right. Zach explained all of the specs and features of the ID 4. He showed me how specific features worked on the car by actually using those features on the test drive. ie, self parking, lane guidance, etc. He was eager to answer any questions I had and gave me 100% accurate answers to every question I asked, even dumb questions.
