"Why do I go to the dealer???!!"

420 bucks for a window switch AND crappy And unfriendly service. He had no interest in going over the bill or explaining why the bill was so high. Didn't seem to care.

"Couldn’t have asked for better service"

The service department at O’Meara continues to set expectations and meet or exceed them, time after time. They finished my vehicle quickly and gave me updates along the way. Everything was covered under my warranty, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s clear when people are good at their job and enjoy doing it.

"Excellent service and professional attitude "

I have never had poor or aubstandard service from O Meara VW or O Meara Ford. I recommend them to everyone I know that is looking for excellent workmanship and fair prices. I have also recommended both locations to friends for vehicle purchases. You cannot go wrong with OMeara!

"The worst dealer shop ever"

Took my 2008 Jetta for a scanning on the traction control problem, so they think the button on the shift console wasn’t working, so they replace it, but the problem continued, and they wanted rescanned, charged me, 150 dollars more because the first scan they think the activaron button was bad

" First Tiguan service "

The booking process was quick and easy. I received a friendly reminder and the work was carried as requested and in time. My wife dropped the car off and waited for the car to be serviced. Only opportunity is that the car could be detailed/ cleaned inside and out for a fantastic experience
