Made me personally feel stupid because multiple times in a row I was informed that my warranty would cover a repair that my car needed, drove an hour to get to the dealership for repairs, waited for over four hours, just to be told that my warranty actually doesn’t cover that super specific part and I would need to spend thousands on repairs for a car I’ve owned less than two months. I wasn’t given any options for financing the repairs and when I asked about it the staff immediately appeared bothered and uninterested in offering me any further help. More
