I originally had some concerns about my experience with Alderman Automotive related to pricing and some add-ons that were included during the financing process. After discussing the situation with the deal Alderman Automotive related to pricing and some add-ons that were included during the financing process. After discussing the situation with the dealership, they took the time to address the issues and work with me to resolve the concerns. I do want to give credit where it’s due—they were able to get me approved for the vehicle despite my credit history, which I appreciate. Once everything was reviewed, some of the products that were added during financing were removed and the situation was handled. Buying a vehicle can sometimes be a complicated process, but I respect a business that is willing to step in and help correct things when concerns are brought up. Because of that, I’m updating my review to reflect that they did make an effort to help resolve the situation. Overall, if you’re looking for a dealership that can help get you approved and is willing to work with you when issues come up, Alderman Automotive is worth considering. More

Zahid Khan was fantastic to work with and helped me get a great pay for my family and me. I didn't work closely with Austin Sohn, so I don't have much to say, but if he is like the rest of the team I've wor great pay for my family and me. I didn't work closely with Austin Sohn, so I don't have much to say, but if he is like the rest of the team I've worked with, he is probably great. Overall, I had a fantastic experience working with Alderman Automotive during the week I spent with them. I quickly got to see the car, test it, and secure a good deal. The vehicle, as of the time of this review, has been fantastic and one of my favorite cars I have owned. If any of my friends or family are looking for a car, I would send them to Alderman Automotive. More
