Before I stepped foot into the Automotive world I had been working on vehicles with my father since I was about 14 years old. After that I had joined the Military. I finished out my contract with the Army National Guard and left as an E-5 Sergeant. During my time with the national guard I found myself gaining employment with a locally owned tire shop which, unknowingly, kicked off my career. After working on cars for a short period of time I quickly made my way to sales and soon after became apart of the management team. As apart of the management team for this family owned business I helped develop many policies and procedures that the company still uses to this day. After many years of training and development between working on cars and management My journey has lead me here to Alderman Automotive. My plan is to help build Alderman Automotive towards the future and grow the business as much as possible. The sky is the limit!

I have been to Alderman now 3 times and each time the service was exceptional from start to finish. Recently I came in with a battery issue and Adam and Logan were both fantastic with fixing the issue im service was exceptional from start to finish. Recently I came in with a battery issue and Adam and Logan were both fantastic with fixing the issue immediately and a few other problems that had occurred with my car. Adam and Logan are not only very knowledgable but are genuinely kind. I would highly recommend Alderman and will be a returning customer. More

I received really good service on my car. Logan and Adam were great to work with. They were able to let me know that my car battery wasn't holding a charge. Also gave me info on other things that need to be done. Unfortunately I probably won't use Alderman for these because of the credit card service fee. I don't like to use my debit card and my credit cards either give me points or extended pay options. More

Have a tendency to not provide a clear and precise explanation of their warranties, and coverage options. Give misleading options on solutions to mechanical issues. Become very condescending when clients do not wish to spend thousands of dollars on repairs. Made me personally feel stupid because multiple times in a row I was informed that my warranty would cover a repair that my car needed, drove an hour to get to the dealership for repairs, waited for over four hours, just to be told that my warranty actually doesn’t cover that super specific part and I would need to spend thousands on repairs for a car I’ve owned less than two months. I wasn’t given any options for financing the repairs and when I asked about it the staff immediately appeared bothered and uninterested in offering me any further help. More

They were very straightforward about the work needed on our truck. This was our first time ever using a "non-chain" repair shop.
