Before I stepped foot into the Automotive world I had been working on vehicles with my father since I was about 14 years old. After that I had joined the Military. I finished out my contract with the Army National Guard and left as an E-5 Sergeant. During my time with the national guard I found myself gaining employment with a locally owned tire shop which, unknowingly, kicked off my career. After working on cars for a short period of time I quickly made my way to sales and soon after became apart of the management team. As apart of the management team for this family owned business I helped develop many policies and procedures that the company still uses to this day. After many years of training and development between working on cars and management My journey has lead me here to Alderman Automotive. My plan is to help build Alderman Automotive towards the future and grow the business as much as possible. The sky is the limit!

Brought my car in for service. Besides somewhat of an attitude they failed to actually fix the problem that I reported and offered me a $4000 dollar repair bill. Some of which I had discovered after purchasing the vehicle that were not addressed during your inspection process. Turns out a twenty dollar part was the issue that I had reported but they didn't want to fix. A loose brake line at the caliper causing a leak on a repair done prior to my purchase and missed by Alderman. So in conclusion while happy with the sales side I won't be bringing my vehicle back for service and will probably not return or recommend anyone. More
