I can’t get anyone from service to call me back (left a message last week). 2) Need an email to confirm my warranty expiration as certified pre-owned Audi. 3) Need an email to confirm the last time the oil was changed and when it needs to be changed again. On the positive side, the dealership provided rubber mats upon request. Let’s address the 3 items above and I’ll be much happier! More

I have dealt with many car sales people thru the years and Zain was the best. I did not plan on getting the car when I arrived , and left an hour later with a new car. I did my homework and I know exactly what I want, when I arrived I’ve been greeted very nicely by the staff and I worked with Zain, he’s very nice guy and polite, was very knowledgeable about the car and explained all the features for me, provided me with CarFax and the process in general went smoothly and transparent! The negotiation process was fair and we closed the deal quickly, it was one of the smoothest car buying experiences I’ve had. There was no extra add-ons the dealer forced me to have, which I like and only offered me optional things like manufacturer extended warranty and I end buy buying because I plan to keep the car for a long time. Keep up the good work guys. More
