Zak and Johan were great sales advisors And I felt very much respected. They were patient with my questions and went above and beyond and explaining and helping. I wish their boss hadn’t been so lowballing of my trade-in which he immediately washed and listed for more than 6000 than what we finally agreed to after haggling. Wish I had stayed in the fight longer to get closer to KBB value instead of letting him convince me that it needed to be under. More
