Great quality Service. Zack was very helpful. The service technician Hank was masterful especially in is thoroughness and attention to detail. Quality of Service outstandin Zack was very helpful. The service technician Hank was masterful especially in is thoroughness and attention to detail. Quality of Service outstanding, price competitive and fair. Will bring car for all my service needs. Suggestion for improving the customer experience is to update the waiting area , replace burnt out lighting, and broke. Glass facing shop. But this is secondary to providing high quality service and repairs. Last all people I met were very customer focused. More

The place was exceptionally clean. The employees were very kind and efficient. Everything was explained as it should be. The technicians performed the necessary repairs, but it was extremely difficult to contact my service rep. I tried calling 4 times over two days and left voicemails each time, but my rep didn't listen to a was extremely difficult to contact my service rep. I tried calling 4 times over two days and left voicemails each time, but my rep didn't listen to any of them. If the voicemail system isn't working, they really need to fix it soon and explain to customers that they're not able to listen to voicemails (or be more diligent about answering their phones!). I hope other customers don't find it as impossible to speak with their rep as I did. More
