It's without doubt the best car buying experience we have ever had. Not only did we buy the Defender, but we also ended up getting a Range Rover Sport HST also, after a spur of the moment test drive. Ro's knowledge of the car's & the brand, along with her personal touch made me a Land Rover convert once again. The team that Ro works with should also get a mention here.
