We Will Never Buy A Car Any Other Way We had our new Honda Pilot delivered to our home last week by Brandon Honda, and we couldn't be happier with how smoothly this process went. This was hands down THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE we have ever had. We have always wanted to try home delivery and we were so glad that we did. These guys had it down to a science. I worked out all of the details of my new lease with Christine Conley and Tony Lara before hand. They were super easy to work with and INCREDIBLY quick with their responses... and the deal they worked was SUBSTANTIALLY LOWER than what it was going to cost me to lease other smaller and less equipped SUVs from their competitors. Zee Houichi was my product and delivery specialist and he could not have been any nicer to work with. He communicated with me each step of the way and even let me know exactly when he would arrive at our home. Zee was very kind and respectful... a true professional from start to finish! John Ortiz made the financing a breeze and we knew our exact payment down to the penny before Zee even arrived with our new Pilot. Great explanations of the products we could choose to protect our investment. We ended up going with the Tire and Road Hazard as we had to replace 3 tires on our last vehicle due to debris. This was a terrific value in our book. But the VERY BEST PART... was how little time it took to handle all the details. We have done scheduled deliveries at the dealership before where everything was "supposed" to be handled before hand to speed things up. Even at the best stores, this process still took 90 minutes. Here is what happened with our Showroom To Go experience with Brandon Honda: 11:45 Zee arrived He showed showed me around the features of our new Honda Pilot I took a test drive with my wife and daughter to check out how it handled and performed. We signed papers (everything was all ready for us) Zee called John to process our credit card down payment 12:15 Zee left us with a warm smile and a big THANK YOU! 30 minutes start to finish to buy a vehicle!!! Zee and I communicated via text and email prior to us ever visiting the dealership. During this communication, I negotiated the "out-the-door" price with Zee for the exact vehicle we had selected on line. With this promised price in mind, we traveled 71 miles and met with Zee on a Saturday. He was waiting for us, the vehicle was ready, and the price was as promised. We were very satisfied with the price as it was lower than i had computed after researching dealer cost, reasonable profit margin, etc. Zee's price was firm and he made no attempt to increase the price. We were pleased. Zee was knowledgeable about the vehicle and comfortable to work with. We had his undivided attention and he was able to answer all our questions. Thank you Zee! Carina Burr assisted us with coordinating for installation of some options we had selected. Carina was knowledgeable, courteous, and kept me well informed of the installation progress. Just purchased a used Journey from Zee and could not possibly ask for better service. Went on line in the evening and inquired sbout the vehicle. Best salesman in any industry Driving south to the Florida Senior Games 2018, our 2000 Odyssey finally bit it. We loved it; so we knew we wanted another. We were under a serious time crunch, had a dog with us, and didn't want to miss our races. Zee understood it all. He expedited the process and even invited the dog into the showroom while we completed our purchase. Fast forward one year... We were so impressed with Zee, when we decided we needed a small commuter, we knew he was the one to go to. Here's where it gets interesting... Being about 8 hours away, we planned to visit the dealership en route to another race. We already knew the car we wanted; just needed to get down there.
