Best salesman in any industry Driving south to the Florida Senior Games 2018, our 2000 Odyssey finally bit it. We loved it; so we knew we wanted another. We were under a serious time crunch, had a dog with us, and didn't want to miss our races. Zee understood it all. He expedited the process and even invited the dog into the showroom while we completed our purchase. Fast forward one year... We were so impressed with Zee, when we decided we needed a small commuter, we knew he was the one to go to. Here's where it gets interesting... Being about 8 hours away, we planned to visit the dealership en route to another race. We already knew the car we wanted; just needed to get down there. Well, Zee's making it much easier for us as he's driving our new car here - delivering it to us! That's what we call service. Brandon Honda - you lucked out with Zee on your team. Service....Above and beyond I've been in your service department for the last 3 weeks. My Jeep Wrangler had a brake pad problem and was corrected with Rachel's help and now very I've been in your service department for the last 3 weeks. My Jeep Wrangler had a brake pad problem and was corrected with Rachel's help and now very happy. I have 2 daughters one is going into her senior year in High School and the other will be in her second year at USF. Last week your service team did some needed maintenance on the 2003 Honda Element and yesterday the 2013 Jeep Patriot. Both are running great for the new school year. My wife's 2013 Pilot is at about 150K miles and running like new. Rachel quoted me yesterday on some up coming maintenance for my 2015 Jeep and when I get closer on the miles, I will be in for that service. Absolutely Amazing! Well, where do I start. We viewed inventory at a few different Honda dealerships around the area.Didn't have the best of luck, we then found a honda d Well, where do I start. We viewed inventory at a few different Honda dealerships around the area.Didn't have the best of luck, we then found a honda dealership more than 100 miles away from me, that had a great deal on a 2019 Honda Accord Sport. I was actually all set on going to that dealer that day. But I was so glad I didn't. I received a call from Brandon Honda from Zee , as well as Ron. I was about ready to go the other dealership, and was advised that they could work out the exact same deal for me, so I wouldn't have to drive all the way to the other dealer. I advised I didn't want to waste my time, if they weren't able to work out the same deal. Ron reassured me, that I would not be wasting my time, and that he would be able to work the deal for me. I could tell he really cared about having me as a customer, as soon I answered the call. I was immediately sent a buyer's order form , which had the price of the vehicle, taxes, and the trade in value for my old vehicle. All transparent pricing, which is key, when shopping for a vehicle! So I advised I would be stopping by. Ron advised I would be meeting with Zee, to see the car. As soon as we entered the dealer, we were greeted by Zee. He immediately asked us if we would like refreshments. We agreed. It was incredibly hot that day. Zee than advised the car was ready to be test driven. We test drove the car, and immediately fell in love. Zee did an excellent job explaining all the features of the vehicle, during the test drive. You can tell, Zee actually cares about his customers. He treated us, with the upmost respect. We then came back inside, and started working out the deal. This was by the far the easiest dealer experience I have ever had. Have purchased many cars in the past, at other dealerships, and nothing compares to this experience. There was no haggling back and forth. The numbers we were told , were the numbers we received. Ron came out and made sure all parts of the deal were to our liking. By far both Ron and Zee, were one of the most friendly employees of any dealership, I have visited. I was given an excellent trade in value for my vehicle, second the price I received my 2019 Honda Accord Sport for, was absolutely incredible. We then advised we would go through with the deal. Filling out all the paperwork for financing was a breeze, due to Capital One Auto Navigator (Highly Recommend). While we finished the financing paperwork, the car came out just in time. All nice and detailed. Zee walked us over, and made sure we knew everything about the car, before we left, and he advised he would show me more info about the cars infotainment system, when we came the following day. (Had to pick up the weather mats for my vehicle.) We came the following day picked up the floor mats, and he immediately went into detail on how , to use the infotainment system, and made sure we left with no questions. You could tell Zee and Ron, both truly care about their customers! I would 100% buy another vehicle in the future at Brandon Honda! Keep up the amazing work guys! More
