Thank you to Huntington Volkswagen, especially Zeve in the service department and the technician who assisted me (I regret not knowing his name). In the early morning hours of Friday, December 19, I wa the service department and the technician who assisted me (I regret not knowing his name). In the early morning hours of Friday, December 19, I was involved in a traumatic traffic incident that resulted in a damaged tire. By the time I was able to seek help the following day, Saturday, December 20, I contacted several dealerships. Unfortunately, others showed little urgency or empathy and suggested waiting until Tuesday, December 23, despite the circumstances and the holiday timing. Huntington Volkswagen stood apart. Zeve listened, took immediate action, confirmed the correct tire was in stock before I arrived, and ensured I was helped without unnecessary stress. The technician who replaced the tire was equally professional and respectful. When I truly needed understanding and decisive help, Huntington Volkswagen delivered both.
