The experience with my sales rep, Andrew, was amazing. I was able to look at cars quick and easy and get going within the same week. I had a harder time with the finance department, when signing through paperwork there was not much explanation being done about what I would be financing. There was an added cost that I was not aware of which about doubled what I was expecting to be financing and at no point was I told that fee had been added. Throughout the sale, I was pushed to sign papers and did not have a chance to read any - leading to me financing more than expected as my finance amount was never explicitly said to me. More
