One of my best car buying experiences ever I came into the dealership to look at a particular car in their inventory that I had seen online, and was quickly assisted in a professional, polite a I came into the dealership to look at a particular car in their inventory that I had seen online, and was quickly assisted in a professional, polite and effective manner by all the staff and especially by Mr. Ziad Shehady. All through the negotiation Mr. Shehady was very attentive and focused, taking the time and making every effort to understand all my wants and needs. This included all the details and features of the car but also the transaction topics like financing, trade-in, and registration and insurance. Different team members participated in different parts of the process and all went very smoothly. Mr. Shehady even helped keep my toddler child entertained and fed, which was a customer care level that is above and beyond what I had normally seen before. That day, I left with the car/features I wanted at a price that I felt was a good deal. After a few days and as per our agreement, I had to come back to the shop so they took care of a minor cosmetic issue I had found when I originally inspected this used car. Once again, the team made good on every promise, and the quality of service was very high. Overall, this was a great buying experience; this is a great group of people focused on making customers happy. More

Went over all the leasing options and then offered some ideas as far as what might make the most sense when leasing. Once the car was ready, he spent 45 minutes to an hour with my wife and I going over the features of the Q7. Terrific vehicle and very easy to deal with Mr. Z. No pressure to buy, lease, or to add options. Told him what we were looking for and how we wanted it equipped (Premium Plus package). Very easy transaction. More

Ziad was personable, efficient and he listened to me in a very professional manner. He was able to show me several cars that met my criteria and we were able to agree on the price and options that very visit. Ziad was trustworthy and delivered exactly what he promised. In fact, when I noticed that the winter mats were missing from my A4 I returned a few days after the purchase, he gave me a new set right away. Again, I would recommend any serious car buyer to see Ziad at DCH. More
