The staff is friendly and knowledgeable people, but the hassle of dealing with their unorganized, unapologetically fast-talking method of sales overshadowed that. Shaffer Hyundai in Schererville, IN (where I bought my previous Sonata) was a little bit less on the friendly-approachable scale, but they were equally knowledgeable, patient and organized and exceptionally polite. They earned my confidence in Hyundai but Napleton diminished it (especially trying to bribe me to give them a good review). I will not be shopping at Napleton again if I ever buy another Hyundai. More

No follow through with package/coverage I signed for all of these additional packages when I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Sonanta like dents, dings, and paint coverage to name a few. I ended up I signed for all of these additional packages when I purchased my 2015 Hyundai Sonanta like dents, dings, and paint coverage to name a few. I ended up with a dent and paint issue plus my bluetooth did not always connect to the vehicle and my GPS was not giving me real time traffic directions. So when I brought my car into the service department for these minor repairs I was told that nothing would be covered and I would have to pay out of pocket. I was also told that I was misinformed of whatever I was previously told. Everyone in the service department kept blaming the other associate for what was told to me. None of that really mattered though because when I was signing up for the additional coverages and spending more money everyone was on the same page then but not now when I needed to use it. I was so upset at this point that I walked off of the dealership's property without my new car! I called my salesman Kay Z about an hour later and he said he took care of everything. As far as I'm concerned he's the only good thing about this car experience. He seemed to genuinely cared about my overall satisfaction. Napleton Hyundai needs more salesman and staff like him with a heart for the customer that truly care about their needs and concerns and not just the money that they're spending. More
