The staff is friendly and knowledgeable people, but the hassle of dealing with their unorganized, unapologetically fast-talking method of sales overshadowed that. Shaffer Hyundai in Schererville, IN (where I bought my previous Sonata) was a little bit less on the friendly-approachable scale, but they were equally knowledgeable, patient and organized and exceptionally polite. They earned my confidence in Hyundai but Napleton diminished it (especially trying to bribe me to give them a good review). I will not be shopping at Napleton again if I ever buy another Hyundai. He was very thorough in explaining everything about the vehicle and paperwork. Zuvonte was also courteous and professional. Both my wife and I felt like he gave us his full attention. Zuvonte really went the extra mile and I appreciate it very much. The finance office was great as well. THank you to Zuvonte and the whole staff at Napleton. More
