On July 15 2023 my nephew bought my sister a Kia Optima. His Salesman was Corey Hill. Along with Corey was Jared Church. There was also a gentleman named Zumante. The 3 of those guys performed the best Cust His Salesman was Corey Hill. Along with Corey was Jared Church. There was also a gentleman named Zumante. The 3 of those guys performed the best Customer Service in a Dealership that I have ever experienced. They were very knowledgeable. I will have to say they represented Napleton Hyundai as the best dealership that I have ever done business with before. When I get my next car because of them I am definitely coming there to purchase that vehicle. Thank you Eric Haynes More

My salesman Cortez was amazing but after that everything was a bust! If possible, I would give them 0 stars. I purchased a car August 1st 2022 with an extended warranty. When I tried to use the warranty i was a bust! If possible, I would give them 0 stars. I purchased a car August 1st 2022 with an extended warranty. When I tried to use the warranty in November, I realized that the warranty was not activated, and the finance department entered in my warranty wrong in the system which caused my warranty to be denied. I was paying for my car for 5 months and have not been able to use my warranty. After several calls for months, the manager Ziggy finally stated my warranty was activated January 2023 said it was "human error" and there was nothing he could do to compensate for the time loss and for the money that was spent up until now. So, I have a 2-year warranty that will only be activated for 15 months. Awful customer service! Go somewhere else. More

I've been searching for the Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid for some time now and managed to get really lucky and find one at Napoleon River Oaks Hyundai. As I entered the dealership, I was greeted by Mrs. Latonia some time now and managed to get really lucky and find one at Napoleon River Oaks Hyundai. As I entered the dealership, I was greeted by Mrs. Latonia Akinyemi. Mrs, Akinyemi was a very pleasant and welcoming associate who made me feel comfortable. I never felt pushed, rushed or felt like she was trying to sell me a vehicle. Instead, she gave me a complete overview of the 2022 Tucson Hybrid and even covered everything under the hood. I was just amazed at her knowledge and knew I came to the right place to make my purchase. My experience at Napleton River Oaks Hyundai surpassed any expectation I may have had.
