The 3 of those guys performed the best Customer Service in a Dealership that I have ever experienced. They were very knowledgeable. I will have to say they represented Napleton Hyundai as the best dealership that I have ever done business with before. When I get my next car because of them I am definitely coming there to purchase that vehicle. Thank you Eric Haynes More

My salesman Cortez was amazing but after that everything was a bust! If possible, I would give them 0 stars. I purchased a car August 1st 2022 with an extended warranty. When I tried to use the warranty i was a bust! If possible, I would give them 0 stars. I purchased a car August 1st 2022 with an extended warranty. When I tried to use the warranty in November, I realized that the warranty was not activated, and the finance department entered in my warranty wrong in the system which caused my warranty to be denied. I was paying for my car for 5 months and have not been able to use my warranty. After several calls for months, the manager Ziggy finally stated my warranty was activated January 2023 said it was "human error" and there was nothing he could do to compensate for the time loss and for the money that was spent up until now. So, I have a 2-year warranty that will only be activated for 15 months. Awful customer service! Go somewhere else. More
