I'm starting to feel a bit frustrated with my car dealer 🚗. They're always so charming and friendly during my visits, but the bills are consistently shocking!! They claimed I agreed to a service when there was no clarity on the cost of the repair. I called them when I saw the cost of the repair and they did not answer or return my calls. The next day I finally clarity on the cost of the repair. I called them when I saw the cost of the repair and they did not answer or return my calls. The next day I finally got through. Though I had not approved of the repair through their texted quote system, they claimed I verbally agreed and they ordered the parts. Said they couldn’t return the parts and would not give me the car unless I paid for the parts. $1500 for air box. Forced me to pay. They ended up giving me parts at cost but charged $1800 for MAP sensor and airbox replacement. Avoid them! More

I went in to get my mass airflow sensor checked because my car was malfunctioning, stalling, and cleaning it only would only let me drive it for a certain amount of time before malfunction came back on. Th my car was malfunctioning, stalling, and cleaning it only would only let me drive it for a certain amount of time before malfunction came back on. The dealership did in fact help with replacing it and realigning other aspects of the car that became faulty because of the bad airflow sensor. The staff were very respectful, helpful, and informative through the whole process. More
