Waited two hours for an oil change, tire rotation and plug a nail in one of the tires. The car was returned without the tires being inflated (since one was low prior to going in) and they never rotated plug a nail in one of the tires. They also never sent in the recall noticed that they supposedly fixed back in May this year. The Nissan app still shows the recall as active and according to the app it should go away 2 days after the dealer fixes it. I would stay clear of cedar park Nissan service department! Poorly run. More

I’m 55 years old and have NEVER my vehicles back to the dealer for anything, no oil charges, nothing! Always skeptical.
