Thanks. I sent you a note (privately) on the 13th and still haven't heard back. I'll reach out directly to hopefully resolve the issue. I've also noticed that my car is now missing the tire lock bolt from the glove box as well. Expect that you will be able to provide a new one of these.

Sent emails and left messages for Service Director and still never got a response. No resolution provided from this dealership. I would not recommend this dealership at all. I hope to hear back from the service director at some point. I will continue to reach out.
