He kept me up to date with what was going on with my car. Once they figured out the problem, Dylan reached out to me, explained what the parts were,

I arrived on time for my appointment and not even a
smile, I was the one who said good morning when he received me. I scheduled a shuttle to take me to my work when I delivered my car and when I finish

I scheduled a shuttle to take me to my work when I delivered my car and when I finished checking in, they told me that it would take half an hour, I had to call an uber because I had to be at work on time. During the day I called several times to clarify doubts about the extra work recommended, my agent was not available for me and then they called me back saying that my car was ready, which made me doubt if they had really done the complete work. I called at 3pm in the afternoon for the shuttle to pick me up, I gave them my address and they told me, we will be there in 20 minutes. At 4:15 I called to ask, they put me on hold for 20 minutes. I called back again and they asked me for the address again and picked me up at 5:30pm. Worst Service ever and I will not come back.
