Liars, did not replace part I was charged for!
Also did not attach skid plate at the rear, was not bolted in. They said it wasn’t them and I provided photos. Came in for a bunch of recalls, then
Also did not attach skid plate at the rear, was not bolted in. They said it wasn’t them and I provided photos. Came in for a bunch of recalls, then had them look at my check engine light. Part they “replaced” (evap canister control valve) was not new. Communication was very poor, played phone tag. Was not responsive on his end, didn’t get a call letting me know all the recalls were done. While I was there I asked for a transmission flush, at a ridiculous price. I’m sure they didn’t flush it and still charged me $500 for it. Anyways this par for the course with any Nissan dealer I’ve been at. I guess I’ll find another Nissan dealer to get scammed at.
