They snuck in a different loan company after I told them which none I wanted them to use. I bank at Suncoast and they ran it through Capitol because they get a kickback. No excuse for that. They gave me no actual paperwork, only a flash drive. I wanted 36 month terms and they decided I need 72 month terms at 2% higher than what my bank quoted me. I will NEVER shop there again. More
