I had a disappointing experience with a rude and unhelpful salesman here. He did little more than provide the keys for our test drives, which took a total of about an hour. It was busy that day, so I can understand his inattentiveness, but he was patronizing and short during our subsequent email exchanges as well. When I later informed him that I purchased a vehicle elsewhere, his response was rude, patronizing, and completely inappropriate, and unprofessional. His managers then ignored this behavior. This establishment clearly does not have respect or decency towards its customers. More

I spend a great deal of time in my car and need to be comfortable and safe ! Lexus provides both of these with great style. I have always worked with Scott Johnson in service Josh Barley as my Salesman and of course the best receptionist ever Vicki !!! My experience has always been fantastic!! The only complaint I will make is that when they clean the car at when it is serviced it is not to the level I expect from Lexus !! Apart from that I could not be happier !!! More
