I am just at a loss for words with how unbelievable the whole situation is. My wife hit a truck tire on the highway that was unavoidable for her. She brought the car in to get a new tire, and they sold us two new back tires and performed an alignment. All of which we paid for and assumed they got done. Three months later these brand-new tires are completely bald, and an outside mechanic was amazed we had not gotten into an accident yet. We bring the car back to Honda and they have the car the whole day to diagnose things. We called multiple times with no call backs and eventually just showed up. The car was sitting in the same spot where we dropped it off and they said they didn't get to it. It was over 10 hours there. They promised to look at it the next day and when they did, they said the alignment was way off and looks like it never got fixed. Now our trust in this place is lacking because they charged us for services they did not do and this was dangerous and could have led to an accident driving the car like this. They stated they fixed the issue now and it should be all fine. An electrical issue now arises with the dashboard and since our trust is broken, we decide to take it to a different dealership for evaluation. First thing they say while evaluating the car is the alignment is way off, even after giving Mt Kisco two chances to fix it already! Every time I call to talk to a manager, I get the same run around and they immediately say a manager is not available. They ask for my number, which I leave, and say someone will get back to me. They never call back. I am beyond frustrated. Bottom line this feels like fraudulent criminal activity. The communication is disrespectfully nonexistent. I have zero confidence in the service staff that they know how to repair cars. But worse is either their dishonest behavior or just their incompetence to get the job done right. Either way, save yourself the hassle and bring your car somewhere else because anywhere has got to be better than dealing with this. More

Posted labor charge of $204. 95 yet I was charged $529.40 for an hour's labor. Asked Orlando for an explanation and was told two mechanics worked on the car then he changed his story and said it was a flat rate. Wrote to Bill C. the service manager asking for an explanation and got no reply. As a senior woman I have been taken advantage of. I will never return. More

What an amazing experience at Mt. Kisco Honda!! This is my second car(in a row) that I have purchased from this particular dealership. I have owned many Honda cars over the past Kisco Honda!! This is my second car(in a row) that I have purchased from this particular dealership. I have owned many Honda cars over the past 25 years and I always do a fair amount of research before each purchase. No games and hard sale tactics. Like I said, I’ve owned many Honda’s over the years and sadly this is not simply the case at many other dealerships. It can be stressful and uncertain. Not at Mount Kisco Honda….. Joe Marrazino, was my Sales consultant. He was patience and helpful from beginning to the end. Spent a great deal of time with me and overall just had a great attitude and vibe. Throughout the negotiation Joe interacted with Jason Sanchez(Sales Manager) who also was instrumental in helping me into the right car for a fair price. Lastly, Jorge Avendano the finance manager, assisted me with my paperwork and financing. It was quick and and only took minutes. When he offered me the options of additional coverage for the vehicle there was no pressure. Usually, at this stage the hard sell comes in and at other dealerships in the past it has actually turned me on the sale. He presented and explained the options and let me decide for myself without any prompting. In 2017 I had exactly the same experience. Even though It was different staff at that time. It’s now 2025 and it’s a testament to how this dealership is run. I love my new Honda Accord. Even better than the Honda Civic Touring model I bought in 2017. Mount Kisco Honda has me as a customer for life. Thank-you Joe, Jason and Jorge! More

The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. They took the time to answer all my questions, helped me explore different options, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. The dealership was clean, well-organized, and efficient with paperwork. The car was delivered in perfect condition, and everything was explained clearly. I truly appreciated the transparency and professionalism of the entire team. Highly recommend Mount Kisco Honda for anyone looking for a smooth and trustworthy car-buying experience! More
