Upon arrival, was told that they have a new call answering system and that the person misinformed me. Couldn’t inspect my car until some time next week. Nothing they could do. If I had any doubts about cutting all ties with Bedford Hills Acura, this solidified it for me. I already renewed one lease with Acura of Wappingers, which gave me a spectacular deal that Bedford Hills Acura didn’t even attempt to match, despite me having two leases with them for the past 20 years. When my second lease with Bedford Hills Acura expires, I won’t have second thoughts about taking my business elsewhere. And I’m bringing scheduled maintenance on my current Bedford Hills lease to Wappingers despite the longer drive. The only good things about Bedford Hills Acura are Eddie S. and John R. More
