HORRENDOUS BEWARE!!! I seriously think they have friends putting up phony reviews!!!! SERIOUSLY BEWARE!!!! They run your credit through 3 different credit BEWARE!!! I seriously think they have friends putting up phony reviews!!!! SERIOUSLY BEWARE!!!! They run your credit through 3 different creditors which will bring down your credit score tremendously. They do this without consent. I bought a certified RAV4 that I immediately noticed drivers chair was broken. They agreed to order the part and fix it. As they are driving the car out after purchase, I noticed a plug in one of the tires. Their response was too bad for me. YES, THEY CALL THUS CERTIFIED!!! I take the car to NY inspection and am told car needs brakes and totters. Once again, dealership says too bad for me. In addition, the stereo speaker goes complete out at times or the volume magically gets very low than suddenly very loud. Dealership sees no issue. But, while they were checking, managed to scratch the windshield from top to bottom and admitted it was not there when the car was brought in. Nick was supposed to call me a week ago in regards to replacing it. He's still looking for my number. More
